Base Next: Cash register connection and communication
The Base Next is designed as a stationary terminal for use at a fixed point of sale. Thanks to its small dimensions, the card reader takes up very little space at the cash register. The Base Next is connected to the cash register simply and easily using the one-cable solution – you only need a power socket.
Base Next Terminal: Design & Usability
The Base Next is equipped with a 4-inch color display with touch screen . The contactless breader on the Base Next is located at the top of the terminal. This means that when making contactless payments, the customer still has a clear view of the display, which shows the amount and status of the transaction.
The Base Next communicates either via WLAN or LAN.

The stationary card reader has the latest security architecture in accordance with PCI 4 . The Base Next also has a PIN pad with privacy protection so that your customers can enter their PIN in peace without having to worry about their number being spied on.
